Material & Air Sampling
Many commercial buildings constructed pre 1980 can contain hazardous material such as lead and asbestos. Caution should be taken when restoring older buildings.
Material Sampling is conducted to determine if materials within the building contain asbestos or lead.
Air Sampling is taken to determine if there is mold present within the building and what the air quality is within the building.
When remediating a building that contains any hazardous material it is recommended to conduct air sampling before the project begins and after the project is completed to ensure optimal air quality is achieved.
