Jason McDonald, Owner of JDM Construction Corporation has over 25 years’ experience in completing Residential and Commercial Housing Construction projects.
He started his career in residential construction Sub-contracting, Framing, Building Exteriors/Interiors and Concrete Installation for new home construction.
Expanding his career he began restoring water damaged residential and commercial housing properties, completing many Restoration projects for the Provincial and Federal Government. The project focus was to deliver healthier/sustainable housing by improving building design, energy management performance and Indoor Air quality.
Jason has received training in Building Inspections (SBOA Level 1), Water Damage Restoration (WRT) Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT). He is also very active within the Construction Safety association.
The education and training that Jason has accomplished assisted his newly found company JDM Construction Corporation (incorporated 2011) receive their certified firm status through the Clean Trust (IICRC) and his safety training will benefit his organization to seek their COR designation (SCSA)
Many years of experience, in many different areas of the Construction trades will enable our group, JDM to be well versed and excel in many different aspects of new home construction and existing Housing Restoration and renovation projects.
